    Embarking on this journey of growth requires a willingness to understand the self and an acceptance toward where you’re currently at in your life. Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Activation Threads

    Healing involves identifying patterns, situations, thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are activating. We will work towards developing an understanding of the relationship you have with your trauma by actively tracing these activations back to their sources. This will guide you toward accessing and claiming your inner autonomy.

    Healing is about thriving. Achieving wellness is more than just understanding the self. Integration is more than simply taking back your power. This aspect of my holistic model focuses on guiding you toward other regenerative practices that aid in expanding your capacities. These practices include Archetypal Mindfulness, Intuitive Breath Work, Creative Inter-Somatic Movement, and more.
